Ingredients
- 2 mini English cucumbers, cut lengthwise in half
- 24 Triscuit Rosemary & Olive Oil Crackers
- 85 g feta cheese, cut into 24 trianglular pieces
- 6 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 6 pitted Kalamata olives, each cut into 4 slices
- 24 fresh oregano leaves
Preparation
- Cut each cucumber half into 12 slices.
- Top crackers with cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives and oregano.
