TRISCUIT Cucumber Dilly Delight

  • 1 mini English cucumber, cut into thin slices
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped red onions
  • 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 20 Triscuit Dill, Sea Salt & Olive Oil Crackers
  • 6 wedges (16.5 g each) foil-wrapped light process cheese product
  • 20 fresh dill sprigs
  • Toss cucumbers with onions, vinegar, water and sugar.
  • Refrigerate 1 to 4 hours.
  • Drain cucumber mixture.
  • Spread crackers with cheese product; top with cucumber mixture and dill.

    Sprinkle topped crackers with freshly cracked black pepper before serving.
