  • 2 small fresh beets, cooked, cooled and peeled
  • 12 Triscuit Original Crackers
  • 45 g Gorgonzola cheese
  • 24 watercress leaves
  • Cut each beet into 6 slices, then cut each slice in half.
  • Spread crackers with cheese.
  • Top with watercress and beets.
