TOBLERONE Hot Fudge Sauce

ServingsMakes 1 cup or 8 servings, 2 Tbsp. each.
- ⅓ cup light (10%) cream
- 2 Tbsp. light corn syrup or honey
- 200 g (1/2 of 400-g bar) Toblerone Swiss Dark Chocolate, finely chopped
- Mix cream and corn syrup in medium saucepan. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
- Add chocolate; stir until completely melted.
- Serve over scoops of ice cream.
Substitute canned evaporated milk for the light cream.
