How to Mash the AvocadosThe avocados can be mashed using a fork, potato masher or pastry blender.  When mashing the avocados, there is no need to mash them until all chunks are gone. The avocado chunks will continue to break down when mixed with the other ingredients. 

Special ExtraGarnish dip with addition fresh cilantro before serving.

Special ExtraStir 1 large seeded and finely chopped jalapeño pepper and/or 1 large minced garlic clove into the prepared guacamole before serving with the crackers.
