RITZ-Maple Butter "Tarts"

Ingredients
- 5 Tbsp. butter, divided
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- 1 egg, beaten
- ½ tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup golden raisins
- 48 Ritz Crackers
- 2 tsp. orange zest
Preparation
- Melt 1/4 cup (4 Tbsp.) butter in small saucepan on medium heat. Add sugar, maple syrup, egg and vanilla; whisk until blended. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Simmer on medium-low heat 2 min. or until slightly thickened, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in raisins.
- Refrigerate 30 min. or until cooled.
- Melt remaining butter; brush onto crackers. Top with raisin mixture, adding about 1 tsp. to each cracker. Sprinkle with orange zest.
