RITZ Kielbasa & Slaw Baseballs

ServingsMakes 5 servings, 5 topped crackers (75 g) each.
- 250 g (2 links) kielbasa (smoked polish sausage)
- 25 Ritz Crackers
- ¼ cup coleslaw
- 2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
- Cook sausage in nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until heated through, turning occasionally. Transfer to cutting board; cut into 25 slices.
- Top crackers with coleslaw and sausage.
- Spoon mustard into small resealable plastic bag. Cut small piece off one bottom corner of bag; use to pipe mustard into lines on sausage slices to resemble baseballs as shown in photo.
Prepare using your favourite variety of sausage links.
Substitute warmed sauerkraut for the coleslaw.
