How to Bake the Cheesecake in a Springform PanThe cheesecake batter can instead be baked in a 9-inch springform pan. To make the crumb crust, melt 1/4 cup butter.  Mix with 1-1/4 cups Honey Maid Crumbs. Press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Prepare batter as directed; pour over crust. Bake in 350ºF oven 45 to 50 min. or until centre of cheescake is almost set. Run knife or spatula around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim. Refrigerate cheesecake 4 hours.
