  • 6 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. zest and juice from 1 lemon
  • 24 Triscuit Low Sodium Crackers
  • 24 cooked cocktail shrimp (144 g)
  • ½ tsp. cracked black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
  • Mix mayonnaise, lemon zest and lemon juice until blended.
  • Spread onto crackers.
  • Top with remaining ingredients.
