Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. zest and juice from 1 lemon
- 24 Triscuit Low Sodium Crackers
- 24 cooked cocktail shrimp (144 g)
- ½ tsp. cracked black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
Preparation
- Mix mayonnaise, lemon zest and lemon juice until blended.
- Spread onto crackers.
- Top with remaining ingredients.
