  • ½ cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 Tbsp. icing sugar
  • 12 Triscuit Original Crackers
  • 45 g Roquefort cheese, cut into 12 thin slices
  • Toss raspberries with sugar in small bowl; mash lightly.
  • Refrigerate 15 min.
  • Spoon raspberry mixture onto crackers; top with cheese.
