Ingredients
- ½ cup fresh raspberries
- 1 Tbsp. icing sugar
- 12 Triscuit Original Crackers
- 45 g Roquefort cheese, cut into 12 thin slices
Preparation
- Toss raspberries with sugar in small bowl; mash lightly.
- Refrigerate 15 min.
- Spoon raspberry mixture onto crackers; top with cheese.
