Zesty Artichoke Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (398 mL each) artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1/3 cup grated reduced-fat Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup Tuscan Italian dressing with olive oil
  •  Rice Thins Brown Rice Crisps Sea Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  • Process  all ingredients except crackers in food processor until smooth.
  • Serve  with crackers.

Recipe Tips

Variation To serve warm, heat oven to 375ºF. Prepare dip as directed; spoon into ovenproof dish. Bake 15 min. or until heated through.
