Tuscan-Herbed Ricotta Appetizers Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup light ricotta cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 20 Triscuit Roasted Tomato & Olive Oil Crackers

Instructions

  • Mix  first 3 ingredients until well blended.
  • Spread  onto crackers.
