Ingredients
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 3 cups tightly packed baby spinach leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 12 Triscuit Dill, Sea Salt & Olive Oil Crackers
- 60 g grilled salmon fillet, cut into 12 pieces
- 12 fresh dill sprigs
Preparation
- Heat oil in small skillet on medium heat. Add spinach and garlic; cook 3 to 4 min. or just until spinach is wilted, stirring frequently. Drain well.
- Spoon spinach onto crackers.
- Top with salmon and dill.

Add a pinch of ground cayenne pepper to the spinach and garlic before cooking as directed.
