Recipe Tips

SubstituteSubstitute half of a hard-cooked egg or 2 Tbsp. whole almonds for the cheese.

VariationFor a change of pace, use 4 mini peppers instead of the small sweet peppers. Cut peppers lengthwise in half, then remove and discard seeds.  Fill the pepper halves with the hummus just before serving.
