TRISCUIT Greek Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 mini English cucumbers, cut lengthwise in half
  • 24 Triscuit Rosemary & Olive Oil Crackers
  • 85 g feta cheese, cut into 24 trianglular pieces
  • 6 cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 6 pitted kalamata olives, each cut into 4 slices
  • 24 fresh oregano leaves

Instructions

  • Cut  each cucumber half into 12 slices.
  • Top  crackers with cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives and oregano.
