Ingredients
- 1 mini English cucumber, cut into thin slices
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped red onions
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 20 Triscuit Dill, Sea Salt & Olive Oil Crackers
- 6 wedges (16.5 g each) foil-wrapped light process cheese product
- 20 fresh dill sprigs
Preparation
- Toss cucumbers with onions, vinegar, water and sugar.
- Refrigerate 1 to 4 hours.
- Drain cucumber mixture.
- Spread crackers with cheese product; top with cucumber mixture and dill.
