TRISCUIT Bruschetta Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 plum tomatoes, seeded, finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. minced red onions
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. minced fresh basil
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 24 Triscuit Original Crackers
  • 2 Tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 24 small fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  • Combine  first 7 ingredients.
  • Spoon  onto crackers
  • Top  with cheese and fresh basil.
