Tangy Olive-Egg Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 hard-cooked eggs , chopped
  • 15 halved stuffed green olives
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 3 Tbsp. Miracle Whip Original Spread or MIRACLE WHIP CALORIE-WISE Dressing
  • 12 Triscuit Original Crackers

Instructions

  • Mix  3 Tbsp. Miracle Whip or Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Dressing and 2 tsp. Dijon mustard.
  • Stir  in 4 coarsely chopped hard-cooked eggs and 15 halved stuffed green olives until well blended. Sprinkle with black pepper, if desired.
  • Serve  with Triscuit Crackers.
