Speedy Tuna "Casserole" Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (225 g) macaroni and cheese
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 1 can (170 g) white tuna in water, drained, flaked
  • Ritz Crackers, coarsely crushed (about 1/4 cup)

Instructions

  • Prepare  dinner in large saucepan as directed on package, adding vegetables to boiling water for the last 2 min.
  • Add  tuna; mix lightly.
  • Top  with cracker crumbs.

Recipe Tips

Variation Prepare as directed, substituting 1 can (213 g) salmon for the tuna and 1/4 cup canned French fried onions for the cracker crumbs.
