Smoked Salmon Topper Recipe

Ingredients

  • Triscuit Low Sodium Roasted Garlic & Herb Crackers
  • 2 Tbsp. cream cheese spread
  • 6 thin mini English cucumber slices
  • 2 oz. smoked salmon, cut into 6 pieces
  • 6 sprigs fresh dill

Instructions

  • Spread  crackers with cream cheese spread.
  • Top  with cucumbers and salmon.
  • Garnish  with dill.

Recipe Tips

SubstituteGarnish with snipped fresh chives or chopped green onions instead of the dill sprigs.

Special ExtraAdd 1 or 2 fresh baby spinach leaves to each topped cracker before covering with the cucumber slice.
