Smoked Salmon Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tub  (250 g) soft cream cheese product
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 90 g smoked salmon, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
  •  grated peel from 1 lemon (about 1 Tbsp.)
  •  Christie Wheat Thins Crackers

Instructions

  • Mix  cream cheese spread, mayonnaise and sour cream until well blended.
  • Add  salmon and lemon peel; stir gently until well blended.
  • Serve  with crackers.

Jazz It UpAdd 2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh dill along with the salmon and lemon peel.

Make AheadFor enhanced flavour, store dip, covered, in refrigerator several hours or overnight before serving.
