Sleepy Bear Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 cups prepared pancake batter
  • 1-1/2 cups Teddy Grahams Honey Cookies
  • 3 cups mixed fresh fruit (blueberries, sliced strawberries and bananas)
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  • Heat  large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat. Ladle 1/4 cup batter into skillet for each pancake; lightly press 5 cookies into batter for each pancake.
  • Cook  1 to 2 min. or until bubbles form on tops, then turn over to brown other sides.
  • Serve  topped with fruit and syrup.

Recipe Tips

SubstituteSubstitute 1/3 cup icing sugar for the maple syrup.
