Salspindillscuit (salmon+spinach+dill) Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 3 cups tightly packed baby spinach leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 12 Triscuit Dill, Sea Salt & Olive Oil Crackers
  • 60 g grilled salmon fillet, cut into 12 pieces
  • 12 fresh dill sprigs

Instructions

  • Heat  oil in small skillet on medium heat. Add spinach and garlic; cook 3 to 4 min. or just until spinach is wilted, stirring frequently. Drain well.
  • Spoon  spinach onto crackers; top with salmon and dill.
  • Serve  warm.

Recipe Tips

Special ExtraAdd a pinch of cayenne to the spinach and garlic before cooking as directed.
