Rocky Road Ice Cream Shop Pie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1-1/4 cups Oreo Baking Crumbs
  • 1/4 cup non-hydrogenated margarine, melted
  • 1 pkg. (4-serving size) chocolate instant pudding mix
  • 1-1/2 cups cold milk
  • 2 cups  thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts

Instructions

  • Mix  baking crumbs and margarine in 9-inch pie plate until well blended; press onto bottom and up side of pie plate.
  • Beat  pudding mix and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Let stand 5 min. Stir in remaining ingredients; spoon into crust.
  • Freeze  6 hours or until firm. Remove from freezer 10 min. before serving; let stand at room temperature to soften slightly before cutting to serve.
