Roasted Pepper-Cheese Bites Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup light soft cream cheese product
  • 1/3 cup finely shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 24 Ritz Crackers
  • 1/3 cup mixed thin roasted red and yellow pepper strips
  • 2 tsp. chopped fresh basil

Instructions

  • Heat  oven to 350°F.
  • Mix  cream cheese and mozzarella until blended; spread onto crackers.
  • Place  on baking sheet; top with peppers.
  • Bake  5 min.
  • Sprinkle  with basil.

Recipe Tips

Special ExtraDrizzle lightly with balsamic glaze before serving.

SubstitutePrepare using just one colour of roasted peppers.
