  • 24 Ritz Crackers
  • 1 tub  (150 g) whipped cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
  • 24 thin English cucumber slices
  • 1/4 lb. (115 g) thinly sliced Nova Scotia smoked salmon, cut into 24 pieces

Instructions

  • Spread  crackers with cream cheese.
