RITZ Mac & Cheese Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 slices cooked bacon, divided
  • 1 macaroni and cheese snack cup (58 g)
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 12 Ritz Crackers

Instructions

  • Heat  oven to 350°F.
  • Cut  2 of the bacon slices into 6 pieces each; reserve for later use. Crumble remaining bacon slices into medium bowl.
  • Prepare  macaroni and cheese as directed on package. Add to crumbled bacon along with the onions and 1/4 cup of the shredded cheese; mix lightly.
  • Place  crackers in single layer on rimmed baking sheet; top with macaroni and cheese mixture. Sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese.
  • Bake  4 to 5 min. or until shredded cheese is melted. Top with reserved bacon pieces.

Recipe Tips

NoteThis is a great use for leftover macaroni and cheese. Prepare recipe as directed, using 1/2 cup leftover prepared macaroni and cheese.

SubstituteSubstitute finely chopped jalapeño peppers for the green onions.
