RITZ Crab Cake Toppers Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 frozen mini crab cakes (21 g each)
  • 1/4 cup broccoli slaw
  • 1 tsp. mayonnaise
  • Ritz Crackers
  • 1 Tbsp. whole berry cranberry sauce

Instructions

  • Heat  crab cakes as directed on package.
  • Meanwhile,  combine broccoli slaw and mayonnaise.
  • Top  crackers with slaw mixture, crab cakes and cranberry sauce.

ShortcutSubstitute 1/4 cup prepared coleslaw for the broccoli slaw mixture.

VariationSubstitute 1 large frozen crab cake (85 g) for the mini crab cakes. Heat as directed on package, then cut into 6 pieces and use as directed.
