Raspberryroquefortscuit (Roquefort+confectioners' sugar+raspberry) Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 Tbsp. icing sugar
  • 12 Triscuit Original Crackers
  • 45 g Roquefort cheese, cut into 12 thin slices

Instructions

  • Toss  raspberries with sugar in small bowl; mash lightly.
  • Refrigerate  15 min.
  • Spoon  raspberry mixture onto crackers; top with cheese.
