Quick 'n Easy Red Pepper Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 jar (500 mL) roasted red peppers, drained
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
  •  Triscuit Thin Crisps Original Crackers

Instructions

  • Blend  all ingredients except crackers in blender until smooth. Spoon into tightly covered container.
  • Refrigerate  several hours or until chilled.
  • Serve  with the crackers.

Recipe Tips

Wine PairingPairs well with a glass of Merlot.

Special ExtraFor a change of pace, add a few fresh basil leaves to ingredients in blender before blending.

Variation Add more or less hot pepper sauce according to your taste.
