Peanut Butter Snowballs Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, softened
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 1/2 cup Honey Maid Crumbs
  • 1 pkg. (225 g) semi-sweet baking chocolate, broken into pieces, melted

Instructions

  • Mix  peanut butter and butter in medium bowl until blended. Add sugar and crumbs; mix well.
  • Shape  into 24 (1-inch) balls; dip, 1 at a time, in chocolate, turning to evenly coat each ball. Place on parchment- or waxed paper-covered rimmed baking sheet.
  • Refrigerate  1 hour or until firm.

How to Easily Dip SnowballsTo easily coat snowballs with melted chocolate, add balls to bowl of melted chocolate. Then, use 2 forks to roll balls in chocolate until evenly coated. Remove balls with forks and allow excess chocolate to drip back into bowl before placing balls on prepared baking sheet.
