PB&J Ice Cream Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients

  • 16 Honey Maid Wafers
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup strawberry jam
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream, slightly softened

Instructions

  • Spread  8 wafers with peanut butter, then spread remaining wafers with jam.
  • Fill  wafers with ice cream to make 8 sandwiches.
  • Freeze  1 to 2 hours or until firm.
