Parmesan-Baked Salmon Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 4 salmon fillets (1 lb./450 g), skin removed
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 10 Ritz Crackers, crushed (about 1/3 cup)

Instructions

  • Heat  oven to 400°F.
  • Mix  Miracle Whip, cheese and pepper until well blended.
  • Place  fish in shallow foil-lined pan; drizzle with lemon juice. Top with Miracle Whip mixture; spread to evenly cover fish. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
  • Bake  12 to 15 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.

Recipe Tips

Special ExtraGarnish with 1/4 tsp. dill weed just before serving.

Food FactsThe end pieces of whole salmon fillets have more flavour than the thicker centre-cut fillets. Ask your fish retailer to skin the thinner end fillets if possible.
