VariationSubstitute your favourite fruit, such as strawberries, drained canned mandarin oranges and/or blueberries, for the raspberries and/or kiwi slices.

Special ExtraPrepare recipe as directed except stir lemon zest into cream cheese mixture before piping onto wafers. Microwave 1 to 2 Tbsp. apricot preserves or orange marmalade just until warmed; brush onto fruit. Sprinkle with additional lemon zest, if desired.
