Make-Ahead Cheese Tray Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (200 g) colby cheese
  • 1 pkg. (200 g) Swiss cheese
  • 1 pkg. (200 g) cheddar cheese
  • 1 tub (250 g) herb and garlic cream cheese dip
  • 1/2 lb. each: red and green grapes
  •  Ritz Crackers

Instructions

  • To  prepare a cheese tray for 35 servings, just follow our three easy steps

  • Cut  1 pkg. (200 g) each Colby, Swiss and Harvarti cheeses and 1 pkg. (200 g) cheddar cheese into different-shaped bite-size pieces, such as squares, sticks and triangles.
  • Arrange  cheeses on large serving platter or cheese board with 1/2 lb. (250 g) each red and green seedless grapes. Cover.
  • Refrigerate  until ready to serve. Serve with 1 tub (250 g) herb and garlic cream cheese dip and Ritz Crackers.
