Lemon-Shrimp TRISCUIT Toppers Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. zest and juice from 1 lemon
  • 24 Triscuit Low Sodium Crackers
  • 24 cooked cocktail shrimp (144 g)
  • 1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. minced fresh chives

Instructions

  • Mix  dressing, zest and juice.
  • Spread  onto crackers.
  • Top  with remaining ingredients.
