Recipe Tips

How to Bake Cheesecake in a Springform PanCheesecake can also be baked in a springform pan. To make crumb crust, melt 1/4 cup butter. Add 1-1/4 cups Honey Maid crumbs; mix well. Press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Prepare batter as directed; pour over crust. Bake in 350ºF-oven 45 to 50 min. or until centre is almost set. Run knife or metal spatula around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim. Refrigerate 4 hours.

SubstitutePrepare using Oreo Cookies.

SubstituteIf fresh cranberries are unavailable, you can use frozen cranberries instead. Simply thaw, drain well and toss with 1 Tbsp. each flour and sugar before adding to the batter.
