Hot Crab Bites Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 green onions, sliced, divided
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Spread
  • 1 can (120 g) crabmeat, drained, flaked
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pimientos
  • 2 tsp. prepared horseradish
  • 48 Triscuit Original Crackers

Instructions

  • Heat  broiler.
  • Reserve  half the onions. Mix remaining onions with all remaining ingredients except crackers; spread onto crackers. Top with reserved onions.
  • Broil,  4 inches from heat, 1 to 2 min. or until lightly browned.

SubstituteSubstitute 1 can (120 g) tuna, drained and flaked, for the crabmeat.

Use Your MicrowaveTop crackers with crab mixture as directed; place 8 topped crackers on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 15 to 20 sec. or until crab mixture is heated through and cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining topped crackers.
