Herb-and-Nut Cream Cheese Log Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (250 g) brick cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup plus 1/4 cup pecans, toasted, chopped, divided
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  •  Ritz Entertaining Selections Hearty Wheat Crackers

Instructions

  • Mix  cream cheese with Parmesan cheese and 1/3 cup pecans. Shape into 8-inch log, set aside.
  • Combine  parlsey and remaining 1/4 cup pecans. Roll log in parsley mixture; pressing gently to secure.
  • Serve  with crackers.

Recipe Tips

How to Toast the PecansSpread pecans in single layer in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 10 to 15 min. or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
