Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain lowfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. EACH zest and 1 Tbsp. juice from 1 EACH lemon and lime, divided
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika, divided
  • 42 Good Thins The Rice One Simply Salt Crackers
  • 21 small pitted kalamata olives, sliced

Instructions

  • Mix  yogurt, parsley, lemon zest, lime zest, lemon juice, lime juice, honey and 1/4 tsp. paprika until blended.
  • Spread  onto crackers; top with olives.
  • Sprinkle  with remaining paprika.
