Garlic-Shrimp Spread Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tub (250 g) light soft cream cheese
  • 1 cup chopped cooked shrimp
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  •  Triscuit Low Sodium Crackers

Instructions

  • Heat  oven to 350ºF.
  • Mix  all ingredients except crackers.
  • Spoon  into 1-1/2- to 2-cup casserole dish.
  • Bake  20 to 25 min. or until heated through. Serve with crackers.

Make AheadMix ingredients as directed. Refrigerate up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, bake, uncovered, at 350ºF for 25 min. or until heated through.
