Frozen Peanut Butter-Chocolate NILLA Bites Recipe

Ingredients

  • 125 g (1/2 of 250-g pkg.) brick cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup canned sweetened condensed milk
  • 1-1/2 cups thawed frozen whipped topping
  • 40 Nilla Wafers
  • 1/2 cup salted peanuts, coarsely chopped
  • 2 oz. (1/4 of 225-g pkg.) semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted

Instructions

  • Beat  cream cheese and peanut butter in large bowl with mixer until blended. Gradually beat in milk. Stir in whipped topping. Pour into freezer-proof bowl.
  • Freeze  2 hours.
  • Spread  cream cheese mixture evenly onto flat sides of 20 wafers, adding about 2 Tbsp. cream cheese mixture to each wafer. Cover with remaining wafers, top sides up, to make 20 sandwiches.
  • Roll  sides of sandwiches in nuts. Drizzle with chocolate.
  • Freeze  2 hours or until firm.

Substitute Prepare using creamy peanut butter.
