Festive Cheese Ball Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (250 g) brick cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Cheez Whiz Cheese Spread
  • 1 cup shredded Tex-Mex cheese blend
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 cup slivered almonds, toasted, divided
  •  Triscuit Original Crackers

Instructions

  • Mix  first 5 ingredients and 1/2 cup nuts until well blended; shape into ball. Wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 30 min.
  • Unwrap  cheeseball; coat with remaining nuts. Rewrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
  • Let  stand at room temperature 10 min. before serving. Serve with crackers.

Recipe Tips

Special ExtraFor extra kick, add 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce and 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper to the cheese mixture before shaping into ball and refrigerating.
