Easy Bruschetta Al Pomodoro Recipe


  •  diced tomatoes
  •  olive oil
  •  fresh basil
  •  shredded Parmesan cheese
  •  garlic
  •  baguette
  •  Stoned Wheat Thins Cracker


  • Just  follow our 3 simple steps

  • Drain  1 can (19 fl oz) diced tomatoes (well). Chop and place in a small bowl.
  • Add  2 spoonfuls each olive oil, finely chopped fresh basil and shredded Parmesan cheese, along with 1 clove garlic, minced.
  • Cover  and refrigerate until needed. Serve with Stoned Wheat Thins or thinly sliced baguette.
