Creamy Masala Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tub (227 g) ranch cream cheese dip
  • 3/4 cup plain Balkan-style yogurt
  • 1 tsp. toasted ground cumin seed
  • 1/4 tsp. chili powder
  •  Wheat Thins Crackers

Instructions

  • Mix  ingredients until well blended.
  • Serve  with crackers.

How to Toast and Grind Cumin SeedHeat small nonstick skillet on medium heat. For 1 tsp. ground seed, add 2 Tbsp. cumin seed to skillet; cook and stir 3 to 4 min. or until seed is darkened and aromatic. Cool. Grind seed in a spice or coffee grinder. Or, place in resealable bag and crush with rolling pin. Store in airtight jar or container at room temperature until ready to use.
