Coffee Latte to Go Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. hot water
  • 1 tsp. instant coffee
  • 1/2 tsp. granulated sugar substitute
  • 2 Tbsp. light soft cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping
  • 4 PEEK FREANS LIFESTYLE SELECTIONS Vanilla Bean Latte

Instructions

  • Mix  first 3 ingredients in small bowl until coffee granules are dissolved.
  • Add  cream cheese spread and Cool Whip; whisk until well blended.
  • Spoon  over cookies just before serving.

Special ExtraGarnish each with a light sprinkling of unsweetened cocoa powder or ground cinnamon.
