Caramel Apple "Nachos" Recipe

Ingredients

  • 18 caramels
  • 2 tsp. water
  • 2 apples, sliced
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup dry-roasted peanuts, chopped
  • Oreo Cookies, crushed (about 2 Tbsp.)

Instructions

  • Microwave  caramels and water in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min. or until caramels are completely melted, stirring every 30 sec. (Caramel sauce will be hot.)
  • Arrange  apples, with slices slightly overlapping, on plate.
  • Pour  caramel sauce into measuring cup; drizzle over apples. Top with remaining ingredients.
