Banana "Canoes" Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (4 serving size) vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 4 bananas (unpeeled)
  • 1/4 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
  • 8 Mini Oreo Cookies

Instructions

  • Prepare  pudding as directed on pkg.
  • Cut  each unpeeled banana in half lengthwise, being careful to not cut all the way through to bottom peel. Place 1 banana, peel side down, in each of 4 dessert dishes. Spoon 1/2 cup of the pudding down the centre of each banana.
  • Top  each with 1 Tbsp. of the whipped topping and 2 cookies. Serve with a spoon for a paddle.
