Autumn Pear Crisps Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. soft cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 large fresh pear, peeled, chopped
  • Nilla Vanilla Wafers, coarsely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped pecans
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping

Instructions

  • Heat  oven to 350°F.
  • Mix  cream cheese spread, sugar and cinnamon until well blended. Stir in pears. Spoon into 2 custard cups sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Mix  wafers, nuts and butter; sprinkle over cream cheese mixture. Place cups on baking sheet.
  • Bake  25 min. or until hot and bubbly. Cool slightly. Top with Cool Whip just before serving.

How to Re-Freeze <i>Cool Whip</i>Once thawed, Cool Whip can be returned to the freezer and re-frozen up to 5 times.

SubstituteSubstitute 1 large apple for the pear.
