"Tomat-ocado" Snacks Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 of a small avocados, pitted, peeled
  • 18 Premium Plus Crackers Baked with Whole Grain
  • 2 plum tomatoes, each cut into 9 slices
  • 3 Tbsp. chunky salsa

Instructions

  • Cut  avocado into 18 pieces.
  • Top  crackers with tomatoes, avocados and salsa just before serving.
